Governance & control
Fauri Law’s head office — corporate and venture counsel for founders, investors, and companies on corporate, governance, financing, and cross-border matters — from First Canadian Place.
Fauri Law is a Toronto-founded Canadian corporate and venture law firm based on Bay Street since 2020. The firm advises Canadian founders, companies, investors, private businesses, and cross-border clients on corporate, venture, commercial, governance, and transactional matters, including U.S.-connected and Canada–U.S. structuring matters where relevant.
The firm is led by Khaled El Fauri, its founder and principal — a corporate lawyer called to the Bar of Ontario, with a JD from the University of Toronto and senior-counsel experience on a Canadian public-company merger and government-scale infrastructure programs. Clients work directly with senior counsel.
The practice is corporate and commercial (non-contentious).

Genuinely senior corporate judgment — the standard set by the firm’s founder and principal — paired with a way of working that is organized, scoped, and built to scale.
Advice grounded in complex corporate, financing, and governance work across Canada and the United States — delivered with the clarity and discipline founders, investors, and companies actually need.
Bespoke advisory where judgment matters most, structured systems for the matters that recur, and enterprise support for funds and portfolios — clear advice, defined scope, every time.
Since 2020, the firm has advised founders, investors, and companies on complex, multi-party cross-border corporate and financing transactions across Canada and the United States — including Delaware and Canada–U.S. structuring.
These mandates — multi-party structures, multi-class equity, and tax-aware reorganizations across jurisdictions — sit alongside the principal’s senior-counsel roles on a Canadian public-company merger and government-scale infrastructure programs.
They also reflect more than a decade the principal spent as General Counsel inside major institutional groups — billion-dollar M&A, disputes, and reorganizations — experience the firm brings to its Canadian and cross-border work.
