Ongoing Counsel Support — structured legal capacity, configured around your company.
Structured legal support configured around your company’s actual needs — not pre-set public plan tiers.
Ongoing Counsel Support gives founders and growing companies a flexible way to access defined legal capacity and lifecycle execution over a set support period. Your support may include annual counsel hours, one or more approved Workflow Kits, several Workflow Kits without annual hours, annual counsel hours without selected kits, or a custom enterprise or portfolio support arrangement.
This is structured legal support. It is not unlimited general counsel coverage, not a subscription for unlimited advice, and not a way to include complex transactions or negotiations inside fixed annual hours.
Flexible support for companies that need legal infrastructure over time.
Ongoing Counsel Support is Fauri Law’s flexible support model for companies that need legal infrastructure and defined counsel capacity over time.
A company may request counsel hours only, one Workflow Kit only, several Workflow Kits, Workflow Kits plus annual counsel hours, enterprise or portfolio support, or advisory conversion where the matter does not fit structured support.
The right configuration is confirmed only after intake, conflict check, scope review, and engagement letter.
Ongoing Counsel Support is not unlimited coverage.
Some matters sit outside structured support and are handled separately through Advisory & Transactional Work unless expressly scoped in writing.
This support is not
- Unlimited general counsel coverage

Handled separately
