Governance & control

The Abu Dhabi branch of Fauri Law — supporting UAE/Gulf corporate and commercial matters and Canada–UAE cross-border work, from Al Raha Beach.
Fauri Law FZE is the Abu Dhabi branch of Fauri Law, a Toronto-founded Canadian corporate and venture law firm. The branch supports UAE/Gulf corporate and commercial matters and Canada–UAE cross-border work, alongside the firm’s Toronto practice.
The firm is led by Khaled El Fauri, its founder and principal — a dual-qualified corporate lawyer admitted at the Bar of Ontario (common law) and the Jordan Bar (civil law), based in Toronto, where he leads the firm’s Toronto and Abu Dhabi teams. For more than a decade he served as General Counsel inside the UAE’s sovereign-adjacent institutions — across industrial, financial, and aerospace groups — with responsibility spanning the UAE, Jordan, KSA, and Algeria.
The practice is corporate and commercial (non-contentious). Licensed in both Canada and the UAE, a cross-border matter is handled by one firm on both sides.

The result is regional depth with cross-border reach: a senior advisor fluent in both the civil-law systems of the Gulf and the common-law frameworks of North America.
