What Happens Next

What happens when you reach out.

The same disciplined path applies wherever you start. Contacting the firm does not create a lawyer-client relationship or provide legal advice until terms are confirmed in writing.

Step 01 · 02

Reach out & conflict check

You book a consultation, call an office, or send a message; Fauri Law runs an initial conflict check before anything proceeds.

Step 03

Consultation & scope

A consultation maps the matter and confirms the right path — and which office and model fit, before scope or fee is assumed.

Step 04

Engagement terms

Scope, fee, assumptions, exclusions, and timing are confirmed in writing before any work begins.

Step 05

Work begins

Work begins once the engagement letter is accepted and any required payment or retainer is in place.

How do I get in touch?

Several ways: book a consultation, send a message through the contact form, email the firm at info@faurilaw.ca, or call an office directly — Toronto at +1 (416) 915‑4233 or Abu Dhabi at +971 50 5070 625.

Where are your offices?

Our head office is at First Canadian Place, 100 King Street West, 57th Floor (M5X 1C7), Toronto, on Bay Street. The Abu Dhabi branch (Fauri Law FZE) is at Office 701, D1 Building, Al Raha Beach. Both are coordinated as one practice.

Do you meet in person or virtually?

Both. Consultations are by appointment and can be held in person at either office or virtually — convenient for clients working across Canadian and Gulf time zones.

Which office will handle my matter?

Matters are led from our Toronto head office, with the Abu Dhabi branch handling UAE/Gulf and Canada–UAE matters. The right office and delivery model are confirmed at intake — you don’t need to decide in advance.

Do you work with clients outside Toronto and Abu Dhabi?

Yes. The firm works with clients across Canada and, on cross-border matters, in the US and the UAE. It handles Canadian corporate and venture work and coordinates cross-border matters, with foreign law handled through appropriate external counsel where required.

Is the first consultation free?

An initial consultation is offered at no charge to understand the matter and confirm fit. Complex matters that require document review may be scoped separately — that is confirmed before anything proceeds.

What are your hours?

Consultations and meetings are by appointment. The fastest way to reach the firm is by email or consultation booking — available any time, with a response during business hours in the relevant time zone.

Does contacting you create a lawyer-client relationship?

No. Contacting the firm, booking a consultation, or submitting intake does not create a lawyer-client relationship or provide legal advice. A relationship begins only after conflict review, scope confirmation, written engagement terms, and any required retainer.

Can you help with cross-border Canada / US / UAE matters?

Yes — cross-border coordination is a core focus, both Canada/US and Canada/UAE. The firm provides Canadian corporate counsel with cross-border reach, coordinating foreign law, tax, and regulatory matters with external counsel where required.

Tell us about the matter. We’ll confirm the right path.

Whether it’s an incorporation, a financing, a negotiation, ongoing counsel, or a cross-border question, start with a consultation or a message — and the firm will confirm scope, office, and fit before anything is assumed.
