A confidential, senior-level review of your position and options.

This consultation is held directly with the firm’s Principal — not an intake team. In thirty minutes, we will look at your contractual position and the dispute-resolution clause, the realistic paths open to you (negotiation, arbitration, enforcement), the indicative process, timeline and cost structure, and whether and how the firm can act for you.

To make the time count, have ready

  • The agreement(s) at issue, including the arbitration or dispute-resolution clause.
  • The key dates — defaults, notices served or received, and any termination steps.
  • The approximate amounts in dispute.
  • The other party’s full name (required for our conflict check).
  • Your commercial objective — what a good outcome looks like for you.

Before you book

Your consultation is confidential. Please note that booking a consultation does not create a lawyer–client relationship; an engagement is established only by a signed engagement letter, and we complete a conflict check before every consultation. Include the other party’s name in the booking form, but please do not include confidential or commercially sensitive details in writing — those are for the call.

If the calendar does not load, you can book directly here, or write to khaled@faurilaw.ca.

If your matter is time-sensitive

Arbitration clauses and termination mechanisms run on fixed notice periods, and rights can be affected by delay. If a deadline may already be running, do not wait for the next available slot — call +971 507070 625 (UAE) or +1 416 915 4233 (Canada).
