Founder Employment Agreement – An indefinite-term, minimum-standards notice, executive employment agreement for a founding shareholder of an emerging corporation who has executed a shareholder agreement with the other founding shareholders. The other founding shareholders are also employees and have executed similar executive employment agreements. Restrictive covenants are not included in the body of this executive employment agreement as they are included in the shareholder agreement.
