Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time by contacting our support team.
How does the on-demand legal support work?
With on-demand legal support, you can access a dedicated legal team for services like contract reviews, compliance management, shareholder services, and more. The hours included in your plan are tracked, ensuring you have the support you need without extra charges.

What if I need more ODLS hours than my plan includes?
If you exceed your plan’s hours, additional support is available at a discounted hourly rate for members. For heavy usage, upgrading to a higher plan is a cost-effective option.
Can unused On-Demand Legal Support (ODLS) hours be rolled over to the next subscription period?
For monthly subscriptions, unused ODLS hours or other benefits can roll over to the following month within the same 12-month Subscription Period. However, any unused hours or benefits at the end of the Subscription Period will not roll over into the next Subscription Period, even if the subscription is renewed. For annual subscriptions, rollover is not applicable, as the full allocation is provided upfront for use during the Subscription Period.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, monthly subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time with at least 7 days’ notice before the end of their current billing cycle. Annual subscriptions can only be canceled at the end of the 12-month Subscription Period, with notification required before the renewal date. For more details, refer to our Cancellation Policy.
Am I eligible for a refund if I cancel my subscription?
Refunds are available only for annual subscriptions canceled within the first month of the Subscription Period, subject to the terms of the Pro-Rated Refund Clause. No refunds or credits are issued for monthly subscriptions or unused benefits such as ODLS hours, free phone consultations, or templates accessed.
